Heart Disease
Dear Nurse Annie,
I just saw a new doctor. He wants
to send me for testing of third stage heart disease, because my blood pressure
has been high most of the year.
He told me to stop Caffeine and
Salt.
He wants me to keep a Blood
pressure log.
Is an Echo painful? I am scheduled
for one?
I’m scared. What do I do?
