Fear Reaction
Have you given thought to how many of our actions are actually reactions to Fear?
Ever wondered how many of the things you are doing are based in Fear?

Brain Treats
Give your Brain Oxygen to work with.
Put your shoulders up and back.
Slowly pull air into your upper lungs.
Push the air down until you push your belly out.
Pause.
Slowly allow the air to leak back up and out.
Push out the last air and Pause.
If you feel dizzy go easy and it will get better.
Give your brain a present. Beat depression.
Take a slow, deep breathe every hour.

Woes from Eats
Is it possible so many of our woes stem from what we put in our mouths?

Depressed?
Are you Depressed? Unmotivated?
Give thought to your best tool: Yourself.
Do you fuel yourself for action?
Do you relieve stress with movement & breathe?
Play positive tapes in your thought feed?
